CarePlays VR (CPVR) is a virtual reality work experience and induction resource for young people in Australia who are interested in learning about community support work.
CPVR comprises of two 14 minute experiences: Work Experience and Induction. The resource features 25 minutes of 360° film shot on location in the Northern Territory, plus 3D environments and a variety of interactive modules that give young people a sense of what a day in the life of an aged-care support worker, and disability-support worker looks like.
The primary audience for the VR resource are young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living in the Northern Territory, and the VR experience was integrated into a larger training program that prepares young people for work, and places them in sustainable employment.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row section_size="section-zero" full_width="stretch_row" equal_height="yes" content_placement="middle" cols_mode="equal"][vc_column width="1/3" background_lightness="light" css=".vc_custom_1620890110081{margin-top: 0px !important;margin-right: 0px !important;margin-bottom: 0px !important;margin-left: 0px !important;border-top-width: 0px !important;border-right-width: 0px !important;border-bottom-width: 0px !important;border-left-width: 0px !important;padding-top: 0px !important;padding-right: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;padding-left: 0px !important;}"][vc_video link="https://vimeo.com/548721752" el_aspect="43" align="center" css=".vc_custom_1620890090573{margin: 0px !important;border-width: 0px !important;padding: 0px !important;}"][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/3" background_lightness="light" css=".vc_custom_1620890106729{margin-top: 0px !important;margin-right: 0px !important;margin-bottom: 0px !important;margin-left: 0px !important;border-top-width: 0px !important;border-right-width: 0px !important;border-bottom-width: 0px !important;border-left-width: 0px !important;padding-top: 0px !important;padding-right: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;padding-left: 0px !important;}"][vc_video link="https://vimeo.com/548721878" el_aspect="43" align="center"][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/3" background_lightness="light" css=".vc_custom_1620890103444{margin-top: 0px !important;margin-right: 0px !important;margin-bottom: 0px !important;margin-left: 0px !important;border-top-width: 0px !important;border-right-width: 0px !important;border-bottom-width: 0px !important;border-left-width: 0px !important;padding-top: 0px !important;padding-right: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;padding-left: 0px !important;}"][vc_video link="https://vimeo.com/548721726" el_aspect="43" align="center"][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row section_size="section-zero" full_width="stretch_row" cols_mode="equal"][vc_column background_lightness="light" css=".vc_custom_1620890554133{margin: 0px !important;border-width: 0px !important;padding: 0px !important;}"][vc_column_text css_animation="none" css=".vc_custom_1620890589586{padding-top: 40px !important;padding-right: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;padding-left: 40px !important;}"]
